As a seasoned entrepreneur, self-employed since 2002, I’ve consistently faced my fears, followed my heart, and founded over half a dozen creative small businesses.

Throughout my career, I’ve co-founded startups, developed numerous online programs, delivered keynotes on international stages, and co-produced and contributed to several in-person retreats and conferences, all focused on supporting and empowering creative, visionary entrepreneurs.

Being more aligned and in love with this work doesn’t mean it’s always been easy. Growing something you pour your heart into asks for real inner work, the identity and shadow work of facing your fears, shedding old stories, and coming home to who you really are.

That inner work is exactly what I wrote about in my bestselling book, Double Down on Your Genius: Own Your Gifts, Align Your Actions, and Flourish in Your Calling (2024), which reflects over a decade of transformative work with emerging leaders around the world.

My approach to business coaching and consulting is holistic, because YOU are the individual at the center of your business. And, as a creative visionary, led by your intuition and the waterfall of ideas constantly knocking on your door, you know full well that your life and your business are interconnected.

If you’re anything like me, you're in business for yourself because you love the work you do. In fact, you didn't even really plan it... IT CHOSE YOU.

One thing's for sure: you love not having to answer to a boss, or commute to a 9-to-5. Instead, you get to set your own schedule, you have no ceiling on your income and you get to work with the clients you love.

When it's good, it's goooood!

However, when your business is coming through you as a creative visionary with a calling, it's more precious. And it can be very vulnerable, and downright terrifying as you shift and evolve and grow.

As a result, it’s all too easy to get in your own way and find yourself paralyzed in fear, running like a hamster spinning your wheels, or completely derailing and self-sabotaging. Sound familiar?

Now, I’m a business coach, so your bottom line is important to me. I want to see you making more money, while doing what you love.

However, this work is about SO much more.

I’ve had many incarnations in my businesses, and I’ve learned one thing above all:

There is no greater teacher for your personal and spiritual development than growing your own business. Entrepreneurship puts you face-to-face with your fears and taxes you emotionally, physically, and mentally.

There’s building Momentum in your business, and then there’s Abundant Expansion, when you’re expanding your capacity for bliss as you blossom into new realms of embodied leadership, love and financial success. Which is the sweet spot!

Bottom line is, regardless of where you are on your entrepreneurial path, we all need love and support. As humans, and especially as creatives, messengers, and visionaries.
